If I start as a warlock when I take my first lvl of cleric doni gain can I use heavy armor.

If you pick a domain that gives you proficiency in Heavy Armor, then yes.

Yes, but keep in mind that you’ll need at least a 13 in both Wisdom and Charisma to make this work, in addition to whatever other stats you need to make your build work.

Yes dipping Cleric and choosing a domain that grants heavy armor is the only way to get heavy armor from mutliclassing.

A couple levels of Tempest makes any blaster caster better in many ways for sure.
