I'm talking about already existing undead so the animate dead spell or finger of death spell don't count
I know oathbreaker paladin channel divinity control undead
wizard school of necromancy command undead

any other? is there a cleric subclass that can control undeads with its turn undead ability?
How about Npc and monsters are there some that can take control of an undead?

Dominate monster, and to a much lesser extent geas.

Command

Charm Monster
Geas
Mass Suggestion
Dominate Monster

Have you tried talking to them? Zombies won't listen, but intelligent undead may, and "soft" control (i.e. social skills) is often ignored.

so there is nothing else specific to undead or nothing comparable to the cleric ability of past editions, ok. Thank you for your answers.

Nope. A lot of the constraints on mind-control magic has been stripped away, with the side effect of making a lot of the undead-specific mind-control redundant.

I didn't consider that, that makes sense, thank you for the insight, I was thinking thematically and I didn't consider that it wouldn't make much sense mechanically
