So, I've tracked down a few lists of templates:
3.5 Master Template List (sorted) (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?281882)
Uncle Kitty's Guide to Template Based Shenanigans (http://minmaxforum.com/index.php?topic=12219.0)
..and of course the Crystalkeep/Chet Erez pdf.
The issue is the first lists LA adjustments, but not CR adjustment; the second doesn't list either (and includes a fair few 3rd party sources); and the third option is somewhat incomplete.
Are there other sources; I seem to recall one that did include CR adjustments on a forum somwhere. CR is important, as I mainly use templates as a DM, not a player.
