How far can you move on your turn if you can Dash as a bonus action? Assuming normal move speed of 30ft. I'm thinking 90 but for some reason I thought that I read something conflicting in the past.

Action = 30ft
Movement = 30 ft
Bonus = 30 ft

and then you can add haste and other effects to make it even more!

Yes and with cunning action Rogues can do this. And I think Revised Rangers got a more limited version of that feature as well.

There are whole threads dedicated to ways to boost this and how to figure out the maximum movement possible (longstrider, haste, boots of dashiness, whatever).

My personal favorite is a vengeance paladin shape changed into a marilith demon, utilizing an infinite number of perfectly arranged pigeons all taking the ready action to move away from the paladin when it comes into range, who can theoretically break light speed.

So I could move 30, Dash as a bonus for 60 and still have my Action left?

I can't tell if you mean move 30 + bonus Dash 30 for 60 total (correct), or move 30 + bonus Dash 60 for 90 total (incorrect), and still have your action.

Move 30
Dash as action 30
Dash as bonus 30.

Eagle Totem Barbarian can do it while Raging and Monks (I think) can spend Ki for it too, not to mention the Expeditious Retreat spell.

Don't forget to add the Mobility Feat for the additional base speed and being able to ignore difficult terrain when you Dash (effectively quadrupling your speed relative to others through that terrain). 30ft base+10ft Mobility =40ft speed. Dash bonus action =80ft movement through difficult terrain compared to 15ft for anyone else with 30ft base speed (or 30ft if they, themselves Dash, except you can take an Action too, whereas they've used theirs to Dash)...good times.

Dash adds bonus movement, it doesn't change your speed, so 90 is correct with a double dash and a base speed of 30.

You may have been thinking it doubles your movement (like I did for a long time).

I was thinking that it doubled your movement speed. Now I remember the confusion about it. Thanks everyone for all your help.
