I've got a question about the playtest rules, and I was hoping someone here could help. It seems like with the new action system, Striking three times with a dagger has the same affect whether you have one or two in your hands. For fighter and ranger, they can get various class feats to benefit them when wielding two weapons. Despite the rogue's art having two weapons, they don't seem to get these types of class feats like the fighter and ranger do. What would be the motivation for a rogue wielding two weapons?

Main hand a non-agile weapon, off-hand an agile weapon. Your first strike you use the main hand, and all other strikes after are with the off-hand to take advantage of agile. This is also true because a non-agile one hand weapon might have a 1d8 instead of a 1d6, which matters a little more as you are adding potency for more damage dice.

For Rogue specifically though, this is more difficult as they are also worrying about finesse weapons a bit more, especially if your weapon doesn't have agile. This then ends up with something like rapier in main hand and shortsword in off-hand. The rapier takes advantage of the deadly weapon trait, and being your first strike it is more likely to be a crit. However, given the options, a Rogue might be more likely to want to hold one weapon to use some of their class features as opposed to two weapon fighting.
