Do Mage Armor and Unarmored Defense stack together?

The first give u AC 13+ Dex mod, the second 10+ Wisdom mod + Dex mod. If i use mage armor on a character with unarmored defense his AC will be 13+Dex mod + Wisd mod or what?

No they don't stack.

You get to choose which armor calculation you use.

No different methods of calculating AC do not stack. You simply use which ever of the two is higher.
