Morning!
I want to create a fun but still competitive deck around the idea of power 5 from naya shard.
As quite a clueless card player I'm asking for hints and tricks of the trade for building such a thing.
So, the cards that correspond with the idea are:
Beacon Behemoth, Mosstodon, Mycoid Shepherd, Paleoloth, Rakeclaw Gargantuan, Spearbreaker Behemoth, Spellbreaker Behemoth, Vagrant Plowbeasts
4 copies of each will give me 32 used slots. Which is too much, I think. So obviously I need to cut back on the number of copies from each one.
There's also Soul o the Harvest for card drawing that could be useful.
But this is definitely far from a ready deck.
So,
What am I missing? What answers I don't have?
Which cards should I pick for 1st and 2nd turn ramp? Llanowar elves? How many do I need statistically?
Is this a really stupid idea?
