Party of 5, looking to do a 3-4 hour one shot adventure.

Party is third level.

I was going to do Phandelver but that's like 3-4 sessions long, and the group just isn't looking for that.

Any recommendations?

It hasn't been played, but I wrote this one for level 3 PCs

Wolves of Welton! (https://rpg.rem.uz/Dungeons%20%26%20Dragons/3rd%20Party/5th%20Edition/DMsGuild/Winghorn%20Press%20-%20The%20Wolves%20of%20Welton.pdf)

It sounds perfect for the time span you laid out, and it's a really interesting hook.

I DM monthly "Learn and Play" games at my library, and I was able to skim this day-of, say "That looks cool", print her out, and run with it practically sight-reading. The hook is fun, the NPCs are manageable, and the twist is awesome.

Take a look at the Tier 1 DDAL modules since they are designed for this sort of situation.

The first two adventures in the Lost Tales of Myth Dranor are each 2 hours long and aimed at an average party level of 3. There are lots of other options though. Adventure quality varies and some are part of a season storyline though they are all playable independently.

Also ... here is the official link to the module mentioned in a previous post in case you decide to use it and want to support their efforts.
