Can a Factotum use Reserves of Strength to boost his SLAs like they were spells?

Reserves of Strenght is not metamagic, isn't related to spell slots and using a SLA is effectively the same as casting a spell. I'd say ask your GM, but there is nothing that disallows it - SLAs are spells for every purpose needed here.
