Babau Statblock Error?

So I'm running an encounter with a bunch of demons, including Babaus, and I noticed something weird about its statblock on the SRD. It's full attack routine is 2 Claws and 1 Bite, at +12/+12/+7, but it also has the Multiattack feat, so shouldn't it be +12/+12/+10? Dretches, Glabrezu, Mariliths, Nalfeshnees, and Vrocks also have Multiattack, and properly have the -2 secondary attack penalty. Was this an entry error that just never got fixed, or am I missing something else entirely?
