What can't I do?

Use Illusion to make +5 longsword, use ability: make it real.

Use Illusion make huge pile of diamonds, use ability: make it real.

Use Illusion make huge floating castle domain in the sky, use ability: make it real.

Only thing that might be off is the +5 longsword, because I'm not sure how you can make an illusion of a "+5" longsword, I could see a longsword, or a silver longsword, or even an adamantine longsword, but not sure about a +5 longsword.

If the illusion can simulate speech one might make an illusion of an Intelligent Magic Item which declares its superpowers aloud.

As per the text, you can do anything that wish can do (within the stated limitations, no inherent bonuses, no replicating 8th level spells.) Of course, Wish itself is a pretty open ended spell. Wish creating magic items in an uncapped manner is pretty strange part of the rules but has been discussed elsewhere.
