Sun School and the Orien Dragonmarked Heir

Do you think that the last effect of the Sun School Tactical Feat (Complete Warrior) and Dragonmarked Heir of Orien's Least Dragon mark of Dimension Leap work together?

Alternatively, the Dragonmarked Splat book had the class Blade of Orien that gets a Full attack after using Dimension Leap. There is also a Feat Quickened Dragonmark that makes it a swift action. Can you get 2 Full attacks then?

Sun School works. Sun School is not restrictive - the feat gives examples of the kinds of abilities that work with it, not a listing of the only abilities that work with it. Pretty much any kind of Teleportation effect should trigger it.

Blade of Orien, on the other hand, is restrictive; it specifically only gives you the full attack when you use its other class ability to 'use Dimension Leap as a move action'. So you can do that twice a turn, because your Standard action can be swapped for an extra Move or Move-equivalent, but a Swift Dimension Leap won't trigger it. (If you have enough feats and levels to burn on getting both Sun School and maxing out Blade of Orient, however, a Swift Dimension Leap will still trigger Sun School, so you can get 3 Sun School attacks + two Full Attacks out of your turn if you don't mind burning off 3 uses of your dragonmark to do it.)
