Spell Rehearsal is a Tactics Feat from Races of the Dragon and one of its affects is a cumulative DC boost for every turn you use to cast the same spell

Was wondering if the Warlocks Invocations that have a Spell Save would be able to enjoy this effect

Anything that relies on SLAs counting as spells is going to be subject to table variation.

Completely don't get the term table variation

It means it will vary between different tables. It's another word for DM discretion.

Most DMs frown on a player getting DC infinity though.

lol, k that makes sense. So i guess it just depends. Honestly Feel like the Warlock could use the love though

"Use the love" does not equate "hey, let's give warlocks a broken ability".

No. The relevant portion of the feat is as follows:

To use this maneuver, you must cast a specific spell two or more times in succession, ...

The bolded is why this doesn't work. You don't cast SLA's. While a Warlock's invocations do have some special exceptions to general SLA rules, they are still not considered to be casting a spell.

Just as a Warlock can't qualify for a prestige class with 'Able to cast arcane 3rd level spells', things that require them to cast spells are utterly useless. Thus, while they may qualify for Spell Rehearsal (having a caster level), they cannot actually receive benefits from it.

This actually makes some sense, when considering Complete Arcane's reasoning for the above: While an SLA does require practice and concentration to use, it does not require the same steps as casting a spell. There isn't anything to 'rehearse', as it is. Or, in the words of CArc:

Characters or creatures that use Splell-like abilities or invocations never learn the arcane circumlocutions of logic and mental training necessary for advanced spellcasting.
