If you're using psionics/magic transparency, then you can just use stuff like dispel magic and AMF.

"Generically anti-caster" is not specifically useful against psionics.

Psychic Turmoil, on the other hand, is exactly what I was looking for (thanks), though I'm kind of surprised there are only two spells.

"Anti-psi, but not generally anti-caster" is a very niche thing, especially given the baseline rule is psi/magic transparency.

Antipsionic Magic and Closed Mind are also feats to specifically help against psionic opponents, giving you an effective Spell Penetration (stacks with the actual feat) and save bonus against them, respectively.

I can't remember off the top of my head what they're called, but there are a bunch of things that reduce a psion's power points, and i think even one that steals a psionic feat, though it might just be any feat, not a psionic feat specifically.

How about the Mana Flux from the Player's Handbook II? (Cleric/Sorcerer/Wizard 5, 20% chance of failure, from medium range, in 20-ft.-radius emanation for 1 round/level, no save and no SR)

Also, do you know about the Psi-Hunter PrC (Dragon #281)?
This is a full-BAB PrC with its own casting (up to 5th-level spells at 7th level) with such CFs as: Hamper Psionics - 30' aura of catapsi (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/catapsi.htm); from the 7th level - aura is 50', and triples the amount of pp required to manifest a psionic power
Invisible to Psionics - At 5th level, the psi-hunter can no longer be detected or sensed by psionic powers, feats, or items
Power Resistance - PR 10 + class level
Null Psionics Prison - 1/day generates 5' NPF (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/nullPsionicsField.htm) around a psionic creature
