I'm looking to start putting some art of my own creation up on the internet, and was looking for a good image hosting site now that imgur stopped working with playground.

Anyone know a good one?

Doesn't DeviantArt allow you to do that?

Imgur seems to be working again now, at least for me. Maybe they rescinded their block?

Edit: And blocked again.

I now use Smugmug, but that's a pay site; not hugely cheap, but after Photobucket - who I was already paying - went berserk, finding a stable site (because work) was important. Unlimited uploads, though, and it's easy to use. (Smugmug also recently acquired flickr, with the intention of basically not doing anything with it other than making it continue to work, so that is another option.)

Go for Imgur.

Seconding DeviantArt, unless it's more of the "I want somebody to host this image for private use" art...

ImgBB has worked out for me, so as long as you don't forget the URL that you uploaded it on.

Go for Imgur.

I, too, only read thread titles.

Impressive that you managed to quote someone else's response along with the OP in a way that was relevant to the discussion despite not reading anything but the thread title!

Las I check Tumblr also lets you embed hosted images in a forum post, so that's an option. You could make a new Tumblr account just for the images you want to upload if you don't want people who know of your existing account to see your pictures for some reason.
