Have a need to let non-spellcasting minions utilize spell effects.

I know of Imbue With Spell Ability, Glyph of Warding, and Glyph Seals from the 3.5 MIC.
But Imbue has some crippling limitations, GoW says 'harmful' spells, and I'm not sure about converting Glyph Seals and similar from 3.x.

How does one hand off spells to Constructs and mundane hirelings in PF?

EDIT
And I do not mean buffs or potions. More like reverse potions. High level spells that affect not-the-user.

On constructs you have some similar stuff such as shatter stash and runecarved spells

Magic items are the easiest solution. A bit pricey, but easy and rules legal without resorting to non-standard setting material, 3rd party or homebrew/conversion of earlier editions (if such things matter to you). Also, Sin Runes (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/sin-runes/) might be useful, if a bit pricey.

Unless I'm missing it there aren't any spell storing options on those lists.

In other news I'm leaning towards designing a custom spell that just makes 3.5 Glyph Seals from MIC. Plus one spell level above Glyph of Warding ought to do it. That and to make sure the 1,000gp pricetag is the target of the spell and not an easily obviated component cost.

Seeing as you mentioned MIC, i assume you're okay with backporting 3.5 material. Undead with magic in the blood feat and the spellstitched template can have a pretty decent selection of spells with 3 uses per day each.

If you follow asmodeus, pathfinder actually has a selection of spells that function similar to imbue with spell ability (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/spellcasting-contract/), but is permanent , instead of discharged once all the spells are used up, giving up a permanent set of spells to the supplicate, in exchange for them following a contract, which can be terminated as per the contract's details, including the caster (you) deciding you want your spells back today (but once that's done you'll need to re-establish the contract), and it comes with no spell-type restrictions (you can give them any spell you want, animate dead and blood money for all your minions? Yes please!), and the contractee's use of the spells have no effect on your alignment.

While this isn't actually spellcasting... the Magic of Incarnum has the 'Soul Crystal' power, which lets you transfer a psionic power to someone. Perhaps that could help? Or at least help as a comparison.

Also, depending on what precisely you want (and with some method of making it not personal), there's Mental Pinnacle (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/spells/mentalPinnacle.htm)?

Spell Compendium has 'Imbue Familiar with spell ability'. Which is also limited (To your familiar, which presumably the mundane in question is not), but at least you could toss someone your squirrel and have your squirrel provide the desired magical effects.

Dragon Magic's Dragonpacts may also have a sort of effect you're looking for. Again, while these may be imperfect, they may at least be helpful for being guidelines for creating the effect you /are/ looking for.

Well, you can use Share Spells (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/share-spells-teamwork/) to get personal-range spells on your minions - including things like the Beast Shape IV to give them nasty breath weapons - using your spell save DC - like, say, a Gorgimera's (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/magical-beasts/gorgimera/) (stoning), a Kamadan's (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/magical-beasts/kamadan/) (sleep), a Hondra (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/magical-beasts/hondra/) (Force damage), Uraeus (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/magical-beasts/uraeus/) (Blindness), et cetera.

Or, you know, you could just use PaO, I suppose....
