What book should I get next?

So I have saved up for another dnd book and I’m trying to decide which one to purchase. I already have the core rules, XGtE and a few adventure books. I’m not looking for another campain, usually make home brews. That leaves three books, Volos guide, tome of foes, and sword coast adventures guide. I’m leaning toward ToF or SCAG but want to get other opinions.

I wouldn't get SCAG if you run homebrews. ToF and Volo's depend mostly on what type of enemies you think you need; Volo skews more low-level, ToF much more high-level. I personally prefer Volo's, 'though neither's exactly necessary if you've already got the Monster Manual.

Honestly I have to agree, Tome of foes and Volos are both better if you homebrew. Volo is more about races and their history and ToF goes more into the bigger monsters of d&d. Personally like the flavor of ToF. That's what I'd go with next.
