I'm wondering if anyone has any deities who are tempest and not evil that they think are cool.
Homebrew deities are allowed.
If you can include their dogma it'd be greatly appreciated.

Kord, a Chaotic Good God and he is awesome.

Kord is the storm god and the lord of battle. He revels in strength, battlefield prowess, and thunder. Fighters and athletes revere him. He is a mercurial god, unbridled and wild, who summons storms over land and sea; those who hope for better weather appease him with prayers and spirited toasts. He gives few commands:

Be strong, but do not use your strength for wanton destruction.
Be brave and scorn cowardice in any form.
Prove your might in battle to win glory and renown.

Mela the Immaculate Dragon of the Air is called Resplendent in Perfection and Petitioner of Clouds Accordant to the Call of Battle (because you ain't Exalted if you don't have a poetic name, and Mela is lifted from the game Exalted).

Mela's doctrine is striving continually for perfection in body, mind, spirit and power; choosing virtuous actions; and seeking new and mightier challenges as tests of your perfection. An initiate is in error if she is satisfied with something less than perfection, either because she lowers her standards or because she focuses on one area at the expense of the others.

He who earns victory through righteousness deserves glory, but glory is hollow. He who overcomes evil deserves praise, but praise is fleeting. Only perfection of the self leads to Enlightenment.
