The En Pointe is a scout, one who goes forward into the wilds before her party, on point, as it were. She knows how to move silently and keep herself hidden, for a scout that is spotted is hardly much use as a scout. However, she can also hold her own in combat, and take advantage of weak points and laxes in defense as they become available to her.

Saves: Fort good, Ref good, Will poor

These resemble rogues in many ways but with more hp, two good saves instead of one, more weapon proficiencies, and higher base attack bonus. The slightly lower skill points, reduced skill list, and a few less special abilities do not balance this out, I'm afraid. Also, what is sudden strike? So, yeah, it looks like you put some good thought into it, but it would be too powerful to be a base class for most settings.

Lower the BAB to 3/4 and reduce the Fort save to Poor. Done.

Also, what is sudden strike?

Sudden Strike is pretty much the same thing as Sneak Attack, pretty much, if I'm remembering it correctly.

As for the other suggestions, yes, I considered dropping the BAB to Medium to balance it out, as well as dropping one save to Poor... I was afraid it would be too powerful >< Consider it done.

The class, with full base attack and two good saves is weak, not good.

Sudden strike is like sneak attack, except it doesn't trigger on flanking, which means, because this class has no abilities that work with it, that it will apply to at most one attack / encounter. Not exactly a powerful ability. The bonus feats and special abilities are ok, but really not very good — this class looks pretty much like a ranger, only with slightly different (and weaker) abilities.

Also, the skill list doesn't fit with the stated flavour. Maybe swap it for the ranger list, and add disable device?

This class is like a watered down rogue. It lacks uniqueness. It's also pathetically weak.

^^ seconded. This is basically a rogue/fighter without any sort of flavor. Why would I take this class over a fighter? Why would I take it over a rogue? If it's meant to be a scout, then give it some bonuses to reflect this. What is the point of this class?

I think if you give him full BAB, you'll have what you're looking for, which is basically a Fighter/Rogue hybrid.

Lulz, first we rip it out, then we call for putting it back in >_<.
Poor class.

I didn't rip it, I got here late.

It's a rather boring class, though. It's just a Fighter/Rogue hybrid, that's about it. It's not as sneaky as a rogue, or as skilled as a fighter, but its somewhere in between. Very uninteresting. But, with good BAB, balanced.
