This is Barding, seems a bit odd,

When assuming a form with the Alteration sphere that would normally cause your worn armor to meld into your form, you may instead mold your armor around your new form, allowing you to keep your armor’s bonuses and benefits.
Somehow it sounds like you aren't treated as wearing an armor and just keep good stuff. Like one could have AC and Magic effects from +10 heavy stoneplate and still benefit from Unarmored Training (combat sphear / monk class fether). How dose it work?

Your natural attacks all gain a +1 enhancement bonus, as if they were magical weapons. This bonus increases by +1 for every 10 shifter levels possessed.
Is it just flat enhancement bonus or can it be used to add as per spell worroirs (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/skald/archetypes/paizo-skald-archetypes/spell-warrior/) Enhance Weapons song or 3.5es, Fiend of Possession, Magic Iteam abilty? It don't sounds like it would be possible by default, but maybe there is a way?

Well no. Normally when you shapeshift in any way into either animal, dragon, elemental, magical beast, plant, or vermin type creatures all your armor melds into the form and you explicitly lose the benefits of any armor or shield melded (unless you're Wild Shaping while wearing Wild armor, in which case you keep the bonuses). The Barding Bestial Trait lets you shift the armor into one that suits your new form instead of having it meld away into uselessness. So you can keep wearing it and keep benefiting from it. Also, Unarmored Training doesn't work when using the Shapeshift ability of the Alteration Sphere (with the exception of using a Blank Form to add other bonuses on) or if polymorphed into an animal, dragon, elemental, magical beast, plant, or vermin type creature.

To your second question it does what it says it does. It doesn't say it lets you add magical enhancements or that you can swap it for such, just that you get a scaling enhancement bonus to your natural weapons. Now if you had an Amulet of Mighty Fists you could cram that full of Enhancements and still benefit from the Magical Attacks Bestial Trait. Do note that a +3 Magical Weapon will overcome Cold Iron or Silver Damage Reduction. So.... not totally useless.

Ovetcomic DR isn't too big as Sifter gets it from class, but bonus on all atacts has quite a lot of value for feat equivalent option.
