Vamp Rex's Mindscape<PLOT>

[Vhaidara]

A burning ruin, everything is on fire. Even the water burns. The air is heavy with smoke.

[blackout]

Moose is screaming in pain....Yeah.

[Vhaidara]

(I was going to wait until someone else showed up, but oh well.)

A pillar of fire approaches Moose.

[blackout]

:smalleek: HOLY CRAP! Moose ducks out of the way, and looks around. He decides to ignore the pain for now.

[Vhaidara]

Note, approaces. Not charges. It stops 5 feet in front of him.
"What is your business here, outsider?"

[blackout]

:smalleek: I uh...I wanted to try and stop that massacre. It's me, Moose.

[Vhaidara]

"It shall not stop. Prepare to be anihilated."
It readies a blast of Reverse Absolute Zero.

Rex leaps down, and takes the blast. He quickly recovers, and thrusts into the pillar. His dagger absorbs the fire instantly.

[blackout]

....Ok, my brain just did a 180. Wha? :smallconfused:

I'm not in control here anymore.

I'm not the one telling my body what to do. The inner flame is, and it's going to keep killing until we stop it.

Not that easy. Remember, it controls the mindscape. It's been trying to get rid of me for days, but keeping that portal open so long let it take control. That's why I don't usually warp anyone but myself.

Dammit. This is my fault, isn't it?

No. I got cocky about my control over it. I should have let Draken handle the portals.

(Deadtime, normally I'd stay on longer, but tommorow's soccer game we'll only have 11 people, so I need my sleep.)
