This is a ranger archetype I wrote for a prehistoric campaign setting I made. It trades out a lot of the normal ranger features. The archetype is intended for worshipers of a specific deity in that campaign, the Heart of the Jungle. Its domains (and subdomains) are as follows:
Animal (Insect), Community (Home), Healing (Medicine), Madness (Insanity), Magic (Divine), Plant (Growth), Protection (Purity), and Water (Rivers)

Jungle Master
A jungle soul gains Favored Terrain at 1st level, but must choose Jungle as his favored terrain.
At 8th level, he gains Forest as a favored terrain.
At 15th level, he gains Swamp as a favored terrain.
A jungle soul’s bonus from Favored Terrain doesn’t increase as he gains levels.
This replaces the ranger’s proficiency with medium armor and with shields

Elemental Focus (Su and Sp)
A jungle soul gains the elemental focus ability of the kineticist class, but must choose wood as his element. He gains the basic phytokinesis wild talent as normal, and gains the kinetic blast feature of the kineticist class for the wood element, using his ranger level as his effective kineticist level.
This replaces Favored Enemy and Favored Terrain

Burn (Ex)
At 2nd level, a jungle soul gains the burn class feature of the kineticist class.
This replaces the Combat Style Feat gained at 2nd level

Elemental Defense (Su)
At 3rd level, a jungle soul gains his element’s defensive wild talent.
This replaces Endurance

Wild Talents
At 4th level and every three levels thereafter, a jungle soul selects a new utility wild talent from the list of options available to the kineticist class, treating his ranger level – 2 as his kineticist level for the purpose of fulfilling prerequisites as well as for level-dependent effects of the utility talent. He can select only universal wild talents or those that match his element. At 7th, 13th, and 19th levels, he can replace one of his utility wild talents with another wild talent of the same level or lower. He can’t replace a wild talent that he used to qualify for another of his wild talents.
This replaces Spellcasting

Jungle Bond
At 4th level, a jungle soul forms a mystic bond with jungle life. This bond can take one of two forms.
The first grants the jungle soul one of the Heart of the Jungle’s domains or subdomains. When determining the powers granted by this domain, the jungle soul’s effective cleric level is equal to his ranger level – 3. A jungle soul does not receive spells from a domain.
The second option is to form a close bond with a plant companion. This plant is a loyal companion that accompanies the jungle soul on her adventures. Except for the companion being a creature of the plant type, of any type available to a Treesinger Druid, this ability otherwise works like the standard ranger’s animal companion ability.
This alters Hunter’s Bond.

Infusion
At 6th, 10th, 14th, and 18th levels, a jungle soul selects a new infusion wild talent from the list of options available to the kineticist class, treating his ranger level – 2 as his kineticist level for the purpose of fulfilling prerequisites as well as for level-dependent effects of the infusion wild talent.
This replaces the combat style feats gained at those levels

Infusion Specialization (Ex)
At 9th level, whenever a jungle soul uses one or more infusions with a blast, he reduces the combined burn cost of the infusions by 1. This can’t reduce the total cost of the infusions used below 0.
He reduces the burn cost by 1 additional point at 16th level.
This replaces Evasion and Improved Evasion
