Between these (or others, if you have suggestions) arrays, which would be optimal for a High Elf Arcane Trickster Rogue who uses melee (x2 daggers->rapier+shield), casts and keeps concentration on Greater Invisibility/Haste, and disarms conventional/magical traps?

I plan on taking Elven Accuracy (Dex) and Resilient (Con) and other feats which does not allow for any ASI's except to get Dex to 20. Any advice is appreciated.

What is your goal for this character?
What types of character do you like to play (personality wise)?
Are you seeking advice on optimization or roleplaying style?

Any of these stat blocks will work fine for the character, it will really depend on who your character is an how you want to play them. As for other feats, alert, lucky, dungeon delver, defensive duelist, sentinel, and ritual caster are all solid choices worth looking at. I wouldn't worry about planning to far ahead though. You have a plan through level 8, from there you can see what your character and party needs.

8 Str, 16 Dex, 14 Con, 16 Int, 12 Wis, 8 Cha

I don't like starting with odd stats unless these is a very specific half-feat that I plan on taking quickly. Starting with 17 Dex has no benefit over starting 16 Dex.

Even though the OP said that they wanted Elven Accuracy and Resilient Con for the first two ASIs? That covers the odds in stats in point buy.

My goal for the character is to have fun in combat and exploration.

As far as personality, I enjoy roleplaying characters who value freedom of choice and doing what needs to be done, while not being obstructed by laws (hence, why I usually play Chaotic Neutral).

I have the roleplay down, I just needed advice for optimization. Having an Arcane Trickster with dumped Int felt wrong to me since spells and class features make use of it. I'd get Wis save proficiency from Slippery Mind but the low Wis is disconcerting.

I personally hate negative stats myself, so I would go with the 3rd option. How are you picking up shield proficiency? Medium armor feat, or just a really permissive DM?

With your goal of self-buff, you don't need Int16 that much.

A 1-level Fighter dip at level 2. I try to follow RAI>RAW and would not use a shield without proficiency even if the DM waived it.

True. The +1 to Wis saves + proficiency will be helpful too.
