Bo9S: Flame’s Blessing and heavy armor

Assuming that one is not a dwarf, could one wear heavy armor and still avail oneself of the fire resistance/immunity that comes with the flame’s blessing stance if one has the required tumble ranks? Or would the heavy armor slowing one’s movement also prevent the use of the stance?

Also, could one benefit from this stance while grappled?

Why would your armor or grappled status be of any relevance? Yes, it works no matter your armor amount, and you keep it up while grappling.

Yes. It grants bonuses based on raw ranks, not any sort of actual tumble check.
