I've figured out that the first enchantment is basically that the dagger behaves like "Life-Drinker". It bestows negative levels on the wielder and target when it causes damage, and is thus favored by the undead.
But I wonder if that should be its only enchantment. The dagger is used as a bonded object by a fairly high level necromancer, and presumably she provided the enchantments herself.
Specifically, she's a level 16 Wizard (Necromancer). She primarily focuses on the undead, and she herself is a lich.
She's a major antagonist in a game I'm running.
EDIT: I just realized there is an item called the Necromancer's Athame in first party material...
