So the IotSV has the following ability:
Unimpeachable Abjuration (Ex): An initiate’s abjuration spells are particularly difficult to defeat with spells or effects that dispel them. An initiate can add her class level to the DC to dispel any abjuration spell or effect she creates.
Seeing that the veils are treated as prysmatic wall (PW) in the class description and PW is abjuration, does this mean the initiate adds his/her CL to the DC? My questioning stems from "bjuratiin spell it effect". Would this be an abjuration effect?

Veils duplicate parts of prismatic wall, which is an abjuration spell, so they probably benefit from unimpeachable abjuration. But prismatic wall is normally immune to dispel magic and greater dispel magic, so they might inherit that immunity (except for the violet veil which is explicitly affected by dispel magic) rendering the whole question moot.

Yeah, and Disjunction just automatically destroys a Prismatic Wall without a roll. But generally, Epic magic has more leeway, so maybe it'd be relevant for a casting of Superb Dispelling? Not totally sure, as I'm AFB and haven't looked at the Epic rules in a while.
