I just found this item, and, uh... Wow.

This seems pretty good for a LOT of things (especially on a magus (mm, auto-crit threats...)), and it looks like you can just store a bunch of Cyclops Helms in a bag of holding and switch the one on your head out for one of them after you've expended the daily charge of the one on your head.

Yeah, the cyclops helm is pretty bonkers and fairly affordable for what it does. I like it on crafters too-you can craft outside your limit by taking 20, but not expending the resources and time that taking 20 normally requires. Really, it is the take 20 anywhere helmet.

Charisma checks when dealing with outsiders in planar binding/ally is another super awesome use. Even if you dumped the stat, you can normally win outright by getting a natural 20.

Having a few to share with the party for general utility, or making sure a key attack from your face beater lands.

According to the "estimating gold piece value" table, this means that for 28,000 gold, you could build a similar helm that can be used at-will, with an immediate action being the only cost. Granted, a GM would have to be actually insane to allow that.
