I figured I have enough now that I should put it all in one place. These are licensed Do What You Will (but please give me feedback on how well or poorly they work!). These are all living documents, especially the items one.

Seeker of Forms (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HH_pwZ0J6q2TqIP0YmVLyTXArlDdVgtLUapJxC77ZGU/edit?usp=sharing)--Incarnum-esque anti-mage.
Savant (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eNH1DpxdNWDSXCmGlJ7Ks-4WD2dOQrj43mv1Ftba-pU/edit?usp=sharing)--mad scientist/mechanic/alchemist Edit: V2.0. Added another subclass focusing on alchemy.
Primal Warden (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bCR5BxiOP-5w84rKvRvN_pYDKyOGHR4WNpRohwmzs0M/edit?usp=sharing)--warlock-like elemental caster/pet class
Protean (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Fg1gNCKdt5EqTFwiQihMY5usjPxVHr_PqqltysnaoGQ/edit?usp=sharing)--mutation-themed martial
Planar Warrior (https://docs.google.com/document/d/11IqB86byjkrNwAVYrfjw5yLT9rtUFzE7MHlN4b9i_Mw/edit?usp=sharing) Planar-themed arcane half-caster.

Runic Power (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FZNrDIryGKW0MMtFDVyn7xfN5BcWivgKCJgL2HlWDk0/edit?usp=sharing)--new subsystem, sub-classes for fighter and barbarian, plus a magic initiate-like feat. Needs heavy rework.
Path of the Rune-Carved Barbarian (https://docs.google.com/document/d/15j3yqGktcrkll8nxYO8tVAwErxBWT47jTS_2agtOhvM/edit?usp=sharing)--a rune-based barbarian subclass. Reworks and simplifies the Runic Power path.
Circle of the Spirit-Talkers (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zacRyZrNiBNY33DGds-4CC4lsFqtK5b9_zt7UW8bGg8/edit?usp=sharing)--a shamanistic druid that creates auras instead of wild-shaping. Somewhat patterned on the 4e shaman.
Rune-bearers (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zacRyZrNiBNY33DGds-4CC4lsFqtK5b9_zt7UW8bGg8/edit?usp=sharing) (scroll down)--a fighter subclass that re-works the runic power for simplicity. Still complex.
Weapon Master (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zacRyZrNiBNY33DGds-4CC4lsFqtK5b9_zt7UW8bGg8/edit?usp=sharing)--a fighter subclass that gets access to a form of the Weapon Group Feats (see the Misc section) as features. Focuses on being able to use a bunch of different weapons better/in more ways than others.

Soul-forged (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XBPghZovKkSMzbdlXb9JNWgyWhJq7Vujj_yfGd-isDw/edit?usp=sharing)--a war-forged variant adapted for my setting
Emancipated Mind-flayer (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1y786quVR49h8nnzMNMWdgHfH6z7MbH2Y85xgoOuemDw/edit?usp=sharing)--one of my earliest creations, and it shows. A player wanted to play a non-evil mind-flayer, and dandwiki's version was (predictably) awful.

Thematic Magic Revamp (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AU6QqpZOSi8nrnBytp21wQmg3Ref2zI6Zu_pecVrKwE/edit?usp=sharing)--a proof of concept rebuild of spell lists and how what spells are available to each class. Also a resource for finding spells that fit a theme for NPCs.
Weapon Groups and Feats (https://docs.google.com/document/d/10_-Jh32QinqyekT3qPcI68KSqk0mG7yMdvVxtAQ2tms/edit?usp=sharing)--an attempt to give more weapon-type feats, breaking up the SS/CBE or GWM/PAM monopoly. Might serve as the base for a fighter subclass in the future...
Items (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1c-5HsHwOG02m56CtOjUkJCzb_sq23QgsAT8JPuDx5FM/edit?usp=sharing)--various items created for play. Some tested, some not.

WIP--I have a bunch but they need to be uploaded somewhere accessible to others.

I dig the Inscribed Spell Stone and the Flawed variants. Very fun flavor with those in a world.

For the damaged weapons, do you have a plan in place or stats in place when they're repaired, or is that something you haven't gotten to yet?

The stones are an attempt to make scrolls more useful but less dangerous (anyone can use them but wizards can't scribe them). And grenades are fun for all ages :)

I haven't gotten that far. They might just stay damaged, depending on what the party does. I'm thinking 2 more "levels" of effects, but not sure what as of yet.

With the two stones being in the game, it also feels like you could turn an inscribed stone into a flawed one. Something like "Oh, all I have is this Friends stone, but that won't make a distraction... I wonder if I can make it unstable enough to explode..."

I'd probably let someone make either an Intelligence (Arcana) or an Intelligence (Jeweler's Tools) check to deface the inscription so that it's unstable. DC would depend on the quality (fancier ones are more likely to just blow up or simply fail uselessly). Failing by too much might make it blow up in your face, though.

Changelog:

Updated Seeker of Forms with minor changes (had a redundant feature).

Updated Savant with some minor fixes and added the Obsession of the Portable Alchemy Lab (a subclass focused on bombs and elixirs, with the chance to get a third arm that can hold stuff and eventually wield a weapon or shield.

Added links to 3 sub-classes (all in the same document):
* Circle of the Spirit-Talkers: a shamanistic druid with auras and a spirit companion using wild-shape uses.
* Rune-bearers: A rune-based fighter sub-class
* Weapon Master: An implementation of the Weapon groups and feats concept as a fighter subclass.
