Pathfinder Adventure Path modules often have expanded writeups of deities or demon lords in them. Herald of the Ivory Labyrinth has Baphomet; Mother of Flies has Asmodeus.

Does any of them have Nocticula?

I don't own the book so I can't check personally, but the Archives credits the Midnight Isles (Pathfinder #76 - pg. 86) for Nocticula (http://www.aonprd.com/MonsterDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Nocticula). Unless that is not what you are looking for?

You could also check out the Book of the Damned - page 81. Which has 2 pages dedicated to Nocticula. A small part to the deity stats and mostly fluff.

I see a couple of other sources on the Wiki (https://pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Nocticula), but most of them are adventure paths though and I don't own adventure paths so I can't check what kind of info it has. Maybe you or someone else can check to see what it offers.
