Optimized Rebuke Undead: What resources exist?

What resources exist for optimizing rebuking Undead as a Cleric beyond those listed in The AfterCrescent Cleric Handbook (http://minmaxforum.com/index.php?topic=1238)?

For the sake of clarity do you mean rebuking to rebuke/control undead only or any use of rebuking such as divine feats?

A few items I didn't see mentioned. (Apologies for any duplicate suggestions.)


Paragnostic Apostle PrC (Complete Champion)

Full casting class that advances turning/rebuking at each level
Optional class feature "See Through the Veil" increases effective cleric level by 2 for turning/rebuking. Can be selected for up to 3 times during the 5 level progression (+6 effective level).


Undeath Domain

Grants the Extra Turning feat (+4 uses/day)


Domain Spontaneity Feat

Allows you to spend a turn/rebuke attempt to convert a spell into a given domain spell of equal or lower level.


Divine Defiance Feat

Allows one to spend a turn/rebuke attempt to counterspell as an immediate action.


Devotion Feats (i.e. Trickery)

A few of the domain devotion feats can be used additional times per day by spending turn/rebuke attempts.



Nightstick

Libris Mortis, 7500gp. Held item that grants 4 additional uses of turn/rebuke per day.
