I thought I'd pick the game up again and I'm remembering part of why I stopped playing in the first places. I hate racing games, and this game has so many races I'd rather just skip.
I can't find anything about whether or not the first leaper lizard race is optional. I just walk up to Seem and boom, I'm in a race I can't seem to skip. I truly don't care about whatever Seem wants- I regret ever touching that satellite...
I want to enjoy this game, I remember it used to be fun when I wasn't roped into yet another race. It's just back to back with all the racing. So far just in the beginning of the game, I've got a dune buggy race, collecting artifacts on a timed mission while being shot at on said dune buggy, and now lizards...
And apparently, the one with the monks isn't skippable. I can't take another mission until I do yet another race...
