Our third contest is over and ShiftSlash finally remembered to make the voting thread! We had 11 entries this time, still a quite respectable number.

Simple rules. Vote for your number 1, number 2, and number 3 picks. You can't vote for yourself. A number 1 vote is worth 3 points, a number 2 is worth 2, and a number 3 is worth one.

Also enter your top two picks for the next theme from those randomly pulled from the list of future themes. The winner will be our next theme, while the runner-up will be guaranteed to be in the voting next cycle. A number one pick is worth 2 points, and a number two pick is worth 1.

Please contain your theme votes to these five themes. If the one you wanted to vote for isn't here, blame google's random number generator and hold out for next time. Feel free to make new theme suggestions still, I will add them to the overall list and they will have a chance of being rolled for next month's contest.

This thread will stay open until the end of the day September 30. The following day (October 1) I will recheck all vote counts and declare a winner, then post the next contest thread. Good luck everyone!

1. Mutagenic Sorcerer - I like the flavor and "crunch" around it, and I think choosing one of the "rarer" classes was good.
2. Path of the Blood Shaman - On one hand, I think it would have been simpler to just make it spellcasting, but on the other the theme makes sense and I like how it's tied into a "primal" feel.
3. Way of the Sifu - Out of the others, this felt like the best embodiment of the theme. Honestly, I had the top two quite close to each other, and then pretty much all of the others were very even to me.

1. Fraternity Domain. I really like the Help action in D&D for some reason, and subclasses that focus on it always appeal to me in just the nicest way. This subclass captures the theme of the contest in a way I, personally, would love to play.

2. Circle of the Conclave. Healing and Help actions? This is a great option for me!

3. Grove Guardian. More healing options on a ranger sound fun, especially if you're like me and are obsessed with healing characters.

1. I Read This In A Book Once, because it's basically just 75% of the content I make anyways.

2. The Pen is Mightier, since I love writing.

Time to call the voting!

In 3rd place, with 5 points, is Vogie's Mutagenic Sorcerer Bloodline. Create strange plant life! Expand your spell list with Druid spells! Graft magical goo onto your allies or enemies!

In 2nd place, with 6 points, is Ninja_Prawn's Pathfinder Conclave for the Revised Ranger. Whisper secret weak points in the ears of your allies! Blaze a trail wherever you go! Block enemy arrows with your face!

And our winner of Contest III, with 7 points, is Icecaster's Circle of the Conclave. Upcast your friends' spells with your own spell slots! Summon copies of your wild shape forms! Become a fountain of fast healing for you and your allies!

In the theme votes, I don't even need to count the points, as I Read this in a Book, Once was overwhelmingly in the lead, while The Pen is Mightier will carry forward into the next round of theme voting. Keep your eyes open for the soon-to-be-posted Subclass Contest IV: I Read this in a Book, Once!
