We had a discussion about Abserd, a 10 class combo in 5. edition: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZCIh_3b5K8
My friend then mentioned he remembers a 3.5 prestige class, that advances divine and arcane spell casting, buffs sneak attacks and turn/rebuke undead/energy channeling. What could he mean?
Found it: Fochlucan Lyrist.

Fochlucan Lyrist (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20050107a&page=2) doesn't buff sneak attacks or turning. (Certainly not channel energy, which is an ability that was introduced in Pathfinder.)

Yeah, that would be my guess as well (less turn/rebuke).
