Ever wanted to see a masked avenger or a crime-fighting mutant in the middle of your DnD game? Here's your chance to create a superhero, powers and all, for a DnD scenario. Or, you could stat up your own 3.5 interpretation of a superhero like Spider-man or Captain America. (Of course, with some homebrewed abilities that aren't achievable within core rules.)

Example: Psylocke http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psylocke would probably be something like a Soulknife 15/Monk 5, with spell resistance, the ability to summon a katana or dagger (instead of short/longsword) as a mindblade, the ability to do nonlethal damage with her mindblade without penalty, etc. According to that article in the "power changes" section, some versions might have shadow jump from the Shadowdancer PrC, some versions might have divination or mind reading spells a certain number of times per day, etc. etc.

Sound fun? Create away!

If you want to play super heroes in DND I suggest you go Gestalt. You need to be very flexible to play like a superhero and Gestalt allows that.
