You have been touched by one of Eberron's many planes. Perhaps you crossed into a manifest zone, or awakened the blood from a long-ago planar ancestor, or made a pact with something from a plane. Work with the DM to determine the nature of this contact.

Choose a plane. You gain the abilities listed for that plane.

Daanvi, the Perfect Order. Order, civilization, and discipline are part of you. You gain the Guidance cantrip. Once per short rest as a reaction, you may cause a d20 roll made by an enemy or ally you can see to have a result of 10.

Dal Quor, the region of Dreams. Pleasant dreams and nightmare fiends are part of you. You gain Vicious Mockery, though for you, it delivers not insults but nightmares. You resist dream-type effects. When you use a spell or ability that imposes dreams or nightmares, you can use your reaction and your target has disadvantage on their saving throw.

Dolurrh, realm of the Dead. This place is the home to despair. You can sense when someone is close to dying. You gain the Toll the Dead and Spare the Dying cantrips. Once per short rest, you can cast Speak with Dead.

Fernia, the Sea of Fire. Fire is a catalyst, a force for change, that holds darkness at bay or serves as a destructive force. You learn Control Flame. Once per long rest, as a reaction to taking fire damage, you gain resistance to fire for one minute. You have advantage to resist the effects of hot weather.

Irian, the Eternal Dawn. This is the place of light and hope and the source of positive energy. You gain the Hand of Radiance and Light cantrips. Once per short rest you may touch a target and heal them for an amount equal to your Charisma modifier.

Kythri, the churning Chaos. Change, shifting perspectives, and the unpredictable are part of the realm here. You can detect mutable forms, such as a lycanthrope, changling, imp, wild-shaped druid or someone who was Polymorphed. You detect only actual changes of shape, not illusions. Once per day, when you or a creature you can see are subject to an ability that changes your shape or turns you into a shape changer, you can spend your reaction to gain (or impose) advantage (or disadvantage) to resist that ability. Once per short rest you may cast Alter Self.

Lamannia the Twilight Forest: primordial nature. You gain the Druidcraft cantrip. You have advantage to control or influence beasts and plants. You may cast Speak with Animals and Animal Messenger at will.

Mabar, the Endless Night. This is the realm of shadows and darkness and negative energy. Some call it the Shadowfell. You can cast Darkness and Bestow Curse once per long rest. You can detect when someone has been cursed.

Risia, the plain of Ice. You gain Shape Water. Once per long rest, as a reaction to taking cold damage, you gain resistance to cold for one minute. You have advantage to resist the effects of cold weather.

Shavarath, the Great Battleground. Hosts of celestial and fiends have battled here since eternity began. You learn Blade Ward and True Strike. Once each per short rest, you may cast these cantrips as a reaction.

Syrania, the Azure Sky. The land of flight, clouds, and storm. You can fast Feather Fall and Levitate each once per day. You learn Gust.

Thelanis, the Faerie Court, the Feywild. You gain Minor Illusion. You also have advantage on any checks or saves that allow you to discern whether something is an illusion. Any fey can sense if you are Fey-touched, which gives you advantage on persuasion checks with the Fey.

Xoriat, the plane of Madness. The source of the daelkyr and their aberration minions. The plane's influence is corruption. This corruption is sensed unconsciously by the living, which grants advantage to your Intimidation checks. You also have advantage on Persuasion checks with those touched by Xoriat. If you gain any form of Madness, you may spread that Madness with a touch once per day, which can be resisted by a saving throw of the same type and DC that you failed when you became mad.
