I want to make poison based spells a least a somewhat valid pick. Messed with sub classes and new classes I settled on using a feat as a catch all.

Overwhelming Bane(name needs work)
Your understanding of poisons and toxins is so extensive you can effect a large array of creatures.
+1 Cha or Con
-Spells and class features that cause poison damage now are acid.
-creatures have disadvantage on con saving throws against your poison spells and the poison condition.
