I saw RMS Oceanic's sig, and I could have sworn it was the flavor text for a Magic the Gathering card. Can anyone help me figure out which card this was?

RMS Oceanic's sig:

They couldn't know that the points from the mainline to the siding were frozen, and the signal should have been set at 'DANGER', but snow had forced it down."
- The Flying Kipper

I looked it up, and "The Flying Kipper" is a Thomas the Tank Engine character. I remember a card, though, I and I remember a few other things about it.

-It had a picture of some people slogging across a landscape, maybe a snowy one.

-The flavor text was a quote some fictional person, with their name at the bottom.

-I think the card was a white card.

-The card was not a creature. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a permanent.

The part that triggered my memory was the part starting at "the signal should have been set at 'DANGER'.

Does anyone else remember a card like this?

I, in fact, remember the Thomas the Tank engine episode the quote is from, so I don't think it was the flavor text of a card. But you can search flavor text on Gatherer (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Advanced.aspx).

You might be remembering a fan-created card, in which case, god help you.

The text sounds perfectly like the narrator from Thomas the Tank engine so it is very likely it was fan-made.

I just did a search for "signal" and got no results at all. There are quite a few for "danger", though!
