Does anyone have, or know where one might find, a list of animals native to Golarion (standard or Golarion-specific) broken into approximate regions?
I am running with 3.x on Golarion - or at least, the 3.x version of Wild Shape (but with closer to PF monster stats), the system is technically a hybrid of 3.5 and PF - and to save both my and my player's head-aches, I want to prepare a cheat-sheet of forms for him to use. (With a reasonable stipulation that his character would have to have sufficient knowledge to be able to assume that form, wherein the good starting point is "things that live in Varisia," where the campaign is taking place.)
The PCs are currently level 9, and the campaign is expected to take them up to 17th.
Alternatively, a suggestions of optimal wild shapes from PF generally would be helpful.
