how would you Stat out the Peer Groups? Would you say that Bullies are more Charismatic than Strong (but even then they have less Charisma)?

if you could stat out these stereotypes to what you think they are, or at least what they are in your area of School/Work it would be much appreciated.

Peer Groups, Like Jock, Nerd, Richies, ect...

Normal people with slight variations in ability scores.

Seriously, peer groups aren't racial differences or anything, they're social cliques that are used to artificially differentiate people.

All of the D20 modern classes represent adults who have real world experience. High school students are still learning how to not discriminate against people for their hobbies. There's no reason they'd have even a single class level.

Not to mention, the standard bully isn't really tough or strong so much as insecure and posessing poor self-image that causes him to artificially bolster his self image by being overly agressive towards other people. Most bullies can't fight well.
