So currently I am trying to stat out an NPC in an optimized campaign I'm running whose whole shtick is to gather information mid combat and then act accordingly. All that is set in stone is that he's a human wizard/divine class theurge, he's supposed to be ECL 20. So far this is what I have as a rough character build

Levels: Wizard 8/Ur-Priest 2/Mindbender 1/Mystic Theurge 9
ACF: Spontaneous Divination

Buffs:
-Greater Arcane Sight
-True Seeing
-Battlemagic Perception
-Foresight

Spells Prepared:
-Know Opponent
-Know Vulnerabilities
-Power Sight
-Arcane Sensitivity

Feats:
-Mindsight
-Extra Spell (Arcane Sensitivity)
-Iron Will (Otyugh hole)
-Spell Focus Evil
-Reserves of Strength

As for sources, all first party and dragon magazine is fair game. Any ideas?

Knowledge Devotion for an easy attack-boost can be useful, especially if you're already pumping up your knowledge skills. Beyond that, take some versatile buffs (like Energy Resistance/Immunity, Polymorph...something that has a few different settings) and apply whatever your knowledge check tells you is most useful against what you're fighting - preferably do this via some kind of action economy advantage (Celerity, Quicken Spell, Time Stop, what have you).

I an definitely a novice when it comes to optimizing, but don't prepare any Divination spells. You can cast them spontaneously at no cost, so you're better off preparing other spells it might need in their place.
