You just made my day! Thank you!

I wonder if it was supposed to be 'chuuls'? Some weird auto-correct thing?

According to chapter 4 of the PHB, the other race listed in the Exotic Languages table as speaking Deep Speech, next to mind flayers, is beholders.

The MM says chuuls understand Deep Speech but can't speak it.

Bear in mind that this isn't an official website or anything. Could just be a joke or edit vandalism.

The official version of the 5e SRD (http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/features/systems-reference-document-srd) has Aboleths and Cloakers, so it could just about be a weird autocorrect failure, as well.

Official rules (PHB & Basic rules PDFs) has mindlfayers, beholders. So who knows where they got it from.

It's easily explained, really. The chair is a Mimic. It once ate a Beholder and can now speak its language.

Well now I want to have a character with Deep Speech that goes around asking permission before he sits on a chair. After all, it’s only fair to ask before you sit on someone, even if everyone else thinks you’re insane.

It seems that the text in 5e.d20srd.org was copy-pasted from the pdf, and the pdf reader "misread" 'Clo' as 'Ch' and for some weird reason 'ke' as 'i'. I've seen things like this to happen with my own eyes, so it wouldn't surprise me, if the editors of the website didn't proofread what they had copy-pasted.
