What are some good open hand monk moves and tactics if he is out of ki?

Spear mastery feat adds some uses of bonus action, coupling extra reach with the monk speed can be nice.

Grappling + shove prone can be good if u have athletics.

Mobility feat allows for continued use of hit and run tactics reliably.
