Wow.

...

Sorry. When you say "sub classes" do you mean prestige classes, like Arcane Archer, or...?

There seem to be plenty (http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Classes-Prestige.pdf) of them (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=904261) to me.

Many classes there may be, but never the ones you want (excluding force missle mage:smallsmile:)...

... Meatshield would be an awsome class for a fighter!!!!
Think about it, some guy with insanse HP (even more than a normal fighter) and weapon of choice, 2 spiked shields, shield bashing galore!!!!

I always thought the "Gut Buster" Idea from the Hunters Blade Trilogy would be fun to try. Just leaping into piles of foes with spikes and blades on your armour and thrash around.:smallcool:

Check out Crystal Keep and the free D&D PDF Index (22,681 K) which contains the Basic Classes PDF and the Prestige Classes PDF (They can be downloaded separately). It's not all of them but it's a pretty good sampling from various source books and dragon magazine.

Wizard's keeps a lot of stuff at their website if you are willing to make some time and review some of the past years usuall they are all printer friendly if you find something you like and many can be downloaded.
