Not sure why they called it a balance survey, it's about how people *feel* about things, not about the actual balance.

Hence the concept of a survey, rather than their internal review and calculations when examining balance.

It seems conspicuous that they only ask if you think anything is "overpowered or broken" but not whether you think anything is underpowered.

I answered with things that are woefully underpowered—which is a type of broken. I even gave my thoughts on how to fix some of them (Cure Wounds, Witch Bolt, Grappler, Sharpshooter, etc.) Come to think of it, I didn't list a single overpowered spell...

For spells I couldn't muster all I wanted to say (I'd be sure to miss something) so I just left a link here (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr7N1om5-7UemjK_stlAuTw), which is close enough to my sentiments.
For feats I just left a little list of 'too good' and 'too poor'
