questions on wizard spells

Hi

1) if I cast Permeable Form and add the Persistent Spell [Metamagic] to it, can I still cast spells under this form? If it's the case, can I still target creatures or allies in the 'physical' world?

2) If I have the spell Heart of Air casted on me, do I have to have the spell feather fall prepared to cast it as a immediate action. If think the answer is yes but wanted to have your opinion

1) Yes, although the spell explicitly says you cannot "attack," which may be quite broad and limiting in the spells you may employ depending on how your group defines it.

2) Heart of air doesn't say you may cast feather fall, it says you may activate a feather fall effect. The effect and the ability to activate it are purely a function of heart of air.

Otherwise, the answer is yes: you must have feather fall prepared to cast it as an immediate action. This has nothing to do with heart of air, it's just how the spell normally works (being that it has an immediate action casting time already)
