Humans???

So I'm looking at the human stats on dndbeyond, and do humans get effectively sub-race bonuses from their house? or are those just alternate stats to use?

Sounds like you're talking Eberon, in which case if you chose a Dragon Mark human you use those stats instead. But yes, it's kind of like a sub race with how it's handled.
