The initial data for this project came from IMarvinTPA's deity search tool (http://www.imarvintpa.com/dndlive/FindDeity.php). I noticed that it was incomplete, and decided to expand it (but I don't know how to do cool searchable databases, so I copied it into a spreadsheet and went from there). I've added all the deities I could find that were missing. I also added sources and portfolio information, as well as classifying deities by their pantheons and the settings they appear in (or lack thereof).

It's actually not entirely complete, but I think it's pretty close! At least close enough for me to feel comfortable turning it loose and crowdsourcing any further revisions, anyway. :smallwink:

You can right-click at the top of a column to sort it by that value. You can also click the filter button (https://imgur.com/a/VnzBKkF) to filter the sheet or use a preset filter view.

That's because they're not part of the OGL. Wizards didn't want to give up the trademark rights.

I'm not sure about which sources you're specifically adding from but I scanned your spreadsheet and only found one with the Darkness domain that wasn't Evil; Ibrandul. The thread I linked mentioned a few more, in case you're looking to add them.

I'd need sources. All of them are either on the list already and didn't have that domain in the source I looked at, or are from a previous edition.

This is a great example of why I thought the portfolios would be a useful addition, incidentally!

Most of the stuff I copied directly from there ended up with hyperlinks because I also copied the formatting and didn't bother removing them. So, if there's no hyperlink, it's probably my addition. Well, either that or I changed the name (usually for alphabetization purposes, e.g. from "The Fury" to "Fury, The") and the hyperlink went away in the process.
