Hi all,

I'm playing a Kineticist who does have the extend range infusion, but if I can't use it, can I still attack beyond the 30' range?? Ie take a - 2 to hit within 60??

Nope. It´s not a ranged weapon and doesn't have range increments, same as with spells.

Its a spell-like ability, so just think of it like a spell. Spells don't get to take penalties to try and hit targets outside of their range.
