DSP + Psammokinetic stacking

So Dreamscarred Press has a feat for kineticists that states that you combine your levels in kineticist and the class that grants a Ki Pool for determining Ki capacity and Blast damage. Psammokinetic replaces Elemental Overflow with a Ki Pool. Does this mean that a Psammokinetic that takes Ripple in Still Water effectively doubles his ki and blast progression?

Also, can they make attacks of opportunity with their kinetic blade while in the Ready the Draw stance?

Any thoughts? Any hard rules against a class stacking with itself through a feat?

I thiiiink Paizo has said that a level can't count more than once for something, but at the same time people are usually okay with VMC Cavalier (Order of the Star) stacking up channel energy strength. Definitely a "check with your GM" situation, especially since it involves 3pp material interacting with 1pp material that came out after it. My instinct would be to not allow the interaction however, but your mileage may vary.
