Are there any official updates for the MM II gem dragons still extant anywhere that are compatible with the Expanded Psionics Handbook? I found this thread (http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?297481-Did-gem-dragons-get-updated-to-3-5) that discusses it, and there's even a link to a supposed wiki (http://community.wizards.com/wiki/dnd:Updating_Gem_Dragons_to_3.5), but the link is dead. Anyone have a functional link, by any chance?

[edit] Ah! I should've checked the Wayback Machine first! Still, I'll leave this up so others can find this more easily.

The Wayback Machine link is here: https://web.archive.org/web/20111202235555/http://community.wizards.com/wiki/dnd:Updating_Gem_Dragons_to_3.5

there's the 3.5 updateProblem is, the 3.5 "update" took place before the XPH, and thus didn't account for the massive change in the psionics system. The wiki entry in the Wayback Machine does do that, and so it's the most up-to-date version of the gem dragons available.
